These terms are an agreement between you and PersonalChefApps, LLC("we", "us") for your use of Personal Chef Tune-Up, including the free Tune-Up Report and related resources on this site. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Self-assessment only
Your report is generated from your own answers. It is not a legal, financial, or operational audit and does not create a client relationship unless you separately enter into a paid consulting engagement with us.
No guarantees
We provide the service as-is. Outcomes depend on your business context, and we do not guarantee specific results from using the report or related resources.
Paid consulting
One-on-one consulting calls and multi-week programs described on this site are custom professional services, not downloadable products. Payment terms are provided at booking or invoicing. Sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice; late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit that session.
Fees are generally non-refundable once work has started or a session slot is held, except where required by law or at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis (for example, if we cancel, duplicate a charge, or another exceptional circumstance applies). Acceptable use
Do not submit false information, attempt to disrupt the service, or misuse report links. We may restrict access if the service is abused.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
