PersonalChefApps, LLC ("we", "us") operates Personal Chef Tune-Up and related products under the Personal Chef Apps brand. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

Information we collect
- Contact details: name, email, business name, city, optional website (Tune-Up Report assessment)
- Contact form submissions: name, email, optional phone, reason, and message
- Assessment answers and optional notes for each checkpoint
- Margin worksheet email requests: email address and the worksheet inputs you entered
- Technical data such as browser type and page interactions when analytics consent is granted
- Booking metadata if you schedule a review call through Cal.com
How we use information
- Generate and deliver your Tune-Up Report
- Respond to contact form and support messages
- Email your report link and notify our team of new submissions
- Improve the service and measure marketing performance with consent
- Support optional review-call scheduling
If you write to us from the contact page, we use your name, email, optional phone number, and message to reply. We do not use that correspondence for advertising.
Service providers
We use Neon Postgres for storage, Resend for transactional email, Vercel for hosting, Cal.com for scheduling, PostHog for product analytics (with consent), Google tags for analytics and ads (with consent), and Meta Pixel for ad measurement (with consent).
Your report link
Your Tune-Up Report is available at a private, unlisted link we email you. Anyone with that link can view your name, business, city, and assessment results — but not your email. You can get a secure link to your report or use the delete link in your report email to remove your data.
Retention and your rights
We retain submission data to provide your report, support follow-up, and improve the product. You may request access or deletion by using the delete link in your report email, visiting /my-reports, using our contact form, or emailing info@personalchefapps.com.
California residents
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion or correction, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, use our contact form or email info@personalchefapps.com. We do not sell your personal information.
